TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply when you browse scentspot.store or purchase from ScentSpot. By using the store, you agree to these terms and to our published Privacy and Returns & Refunds policies.

Products and information
We aim to describe products, availability, and pricing accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from screen images or supplier presentation. We may correct genuine errors, update information, or withdraw a product where reasonably necessary.

Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when ScentSpot confirms acceptance or dispatches the goods. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information appears incorrect, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Applicable taxes are included unless clearly stated otherwise. Payment must be completed using a payment method available at checkout. Do not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised activity.

Shipping
New Zealand standard shipping is NZD $12 unless a different rate is displayed and selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk in the goods passes on delivery, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Returns and consumer rights
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies available under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or other applicable law.

Intellectual property
The ScentSpot name, store design, written content, graphics, and other store materials may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Service availability
We may maintain, update, or temporarily suspend parts of the store. We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScentSpot is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on scentspot.store. The terms in force when an order is placed apply to that order. These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
